Le Parisien est l’un des quotidiens d’information les plus connus en France. Fondé le 22 août 1944 par un groupe de résistants, Claude Bellanger, Emilien Amaury, Robert Buron, Jean Helleu, Félix Garras et M. Bloch-Mascar, le journal s’appelle alors Le Parisien Libéré.
Il traite de l’actualité nationale avec, comme mot d’ordre, la publication de contenu « populaire et de qualité ». Sa première une, après la récupération du Petit Parisien, interdit pour collaborationnisme, titre « La victoire de Paris est en marche ». Le Parisien fait aujourd’hui partie du groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien, détenu par LVMH. Le directeur de publication de ce journal est Pierre Louette et son siège social se trouve au 10, boulevard de Grenelle, 75015 Paris.
